I trained with Frank from 2000-2004 and still keep in contact. Let me put it this way, I arrived to Linxx as a blue belt, trained with a black belt in Hawaii for 3 years and with a black belt in Kansas the year before that. I had also visited many dojos and attended many many seminars with the best bjj guys in the world (Bustmante, Royler, Relson, Jean-Jaques, Carlos, Rigan etc). However, I learned more from Frank in a short period because of his methodology of teaching an individual move, the theory/principle behind it, how he ran each class, the weekly class focus, the focus for the months and so on. The Linxx Academy is a great place to train and Frank is in my opinion at the top of the list of trainers.
