Jiu-Jitsu

Jiu-Jitsu, which literally means the “art of softness,” is a method of fighting that utilizes various forms of grappling techniques. This includes throwing and sweeping as well as joint locks, chokes, and other submission holds. Jiu-Jitsu teaches students to use an attacker’s energy against him/her, rather than directly opposing it.

Following the strict teaching methods of Grand Master Helio Gracie, LINXX provides the highest quality Jiu-Jitsu instruction in the world. The world famous Gracie family stands as a shining example of the proven methods they teach. They’ve demonstrated this through their amazing successes in the no-holds-barred arena and the introduction of ground grappling into the training regimen of nearly every major martial arts institution worldwide.

To ensure our students get the best quality instruction, LINXX maintains an impressive instructor staff of four Black Belts and a nationally recognized Judo Black Belt instructor. Additionally, we have a continuous rotation of guest instructors that include Pedro Sauer, Royler Gracie, Rener Gracie, Ryron Gracie, and various top-level Black Belt competitors from the U.S. and Brazil.

TRIAL PROGRAM

If the Jiu-Jitsu Program seems right for you, we welcome you to participate in our trial program. The trial program allows you to try a few classes before enrolling. To ensure a smooth and comfortable transition into the group class, your first lesson will be a private one-on-one class with one of our certified instructors where you will be introduced to the basic techniques used in class. At that point, you’ll be ready to participate in a beginner group class. You’ll be amazed how much you learn in only a few classes!
