Pilates/Thompson Method of Exercise & Fitness
Developed by William Thompson, the Thompson Method of Total Fitness has become one of the most respected systems of physical training in the country. Mr. Thompson has been teaching his nationally recognized method of fitness for over 30 years. Mr. Thompson accumulated vast experience as an accomplished dancer in some of the worlds leading dance companies. His years of work with Pilates founder Joseph Pilates, along with a lifetime of study into the field of exercise physiology, has formed the foundation of the Thompson Method.
The Thompson Method teaches body awareness, good posture and easy graceful movements. Developed from rehabilitation techniques making it a safe and sensible exercise system that will help you look and feel your very best.

Instructors:
Chris and Sarah are certified instructors in both Pilates and Thompson methods of exercise and fitness. Sarah is also certified as a PiYo Instructor - a unique blend of Pilates and Yoga. Chris is also the nephew of Mr. Thompson!
