Pedro Sauer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Seminar

On Saturday, June 18, we held the Pedro Sauer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu seminar at our Red Mill location. A number of students came out to learn from the man who trained under the Gracie family and has long been recognized for his superior technical efficiency. Professor Sauer went over different Jiu-Jitsu positions, focusing specifically on maintaining the mount position. Not only did this seminar expand the knowledge and skill of the attendees, but Professor Sauer himself presented some of our Jiu-Jitsu students with their belt promotions. Four members of LINXX received their Purple Belts: Todd McGovern, Patrick Trinidad, Kris Moe, and Chad delRosario. Professor Sauer also handed out an unexpected promotion of Second Degree Black Belt to Frank Cucci, Sr. Overall, it was a very successful and exciting seminar and we look forward to our next visit with Pedro Sauer.
